\r\nTender documents giving detailed information can be obtained from the Association’s cashier after payment of a non-refundable fee of Shs.150, 000/=.  The basic criterion for awarding tenders is but not limited to:\r\n

  • Fulfilling the tender requirements as outlined in the tender document
  • \r\n

  • Least price
  • \r\n

  • Quality of the supplier’s products, and
  • \r\n

  • Reliability of the supplier.
  • \r\n

\r\nThe tender documents sealed in a plain* envelope clearly marked “Tenders for 2017/2018” addressed to  the Executive Director, Reproductive Health Uganda, Plot 2 Katego Road, Turfnel Drive, P.O.Box 10746 Kampala Tel. 0312207100/0414540658 should be dropped in a tender box at the above address not later than 5:00 p.m. of  Thursday 4th May, 2017. \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nALL TENDERS FOR SUPPLY OF MATERIALS AND SERVICES WILL BE OPENED ON FRIDAY 5th MAY 2017  AT 11.00AM  IN THE ASSOCIATION’S BOARDROOM AT PLOT 2 KATEGO ROAD. \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n* It should be noted that bids submitted in envelopes branded with company (bidder) details shall be rejected.
